Daphne Iking's daughter is not ex-hubby's child

gosip terhangat masa kini...sesekali lari lah dr normal entry ek...bg hangat sket pagi2 indah nie...dasyat tul hehe nasiblah bkn islam...klu islam tak taulah nak ckp apa kan...

KUALA LUMPUR - The DNA of Daphne Iking's three-year-old child does not match that of her ex-husband, a magistrate's court heard.

Ryan Chong Yiing Yih, 32, claimed that the results of a paternity test stated he was "excluded from being the biological father" of the child.

He was testifying in a private summons against corporate figure Darren Choy Khin Ming, 45, under Section 498 of the Penal Code.

Choy was charged with enticing Iking, knowing that she was a married woman, with the intention of having sexual intercourse.

He allegedly committed the offence at a condominium unit in Taman Tun Dr Ismail here between July 2007 and September last year.

If found guilty, Choy can be jailed up to two years, fined or both.

During examination-in-chief by his lawyer, Wong Kian Kheong, Chong told the court he had his suspicions about his daughter after reading the e-mail correspondence between Iking and Choy spanning from 2007 to 2008.

Chong said he came across the e-mails on his home computer on Aug 10, 2008.

In an excerpt of an online chat between the two, which he read out in court, Iking was alleged to have told Choy: "I want her (the child) to look like you."

Other excerpts included her allegedly telling Choy that the baby "has your face shape. Not mine, not Ryan's. You know you have a Bajau face right?"

In taking the stand, Chong read out e-mails in which Choy addressed Iking as "sweetie", "baby", "baby girl" and "Your Highness".

Choy was also alleged to have written: "I've found a special someone. One whom I share all my laughter with so willingly. One who has given me a new lease of life.

"As I write this short note, I realise you are more than special. I'm blessed. So blessed. Never a day goes by without me thinking of my baby."

One of the e-mails also had a list of some 30 hotels where they had stayed together and also an invitation for Iking to join him on a trip to Vienna and London.

Representing Choy were lawyers Datuk Jagjit Singh and Akbardin Abdul Kader.

Earlier, Wong told the court he had subpoenaed Iking as a witness in court.

However, when the court asked if she would turn up, Wong replied: "Man proposes, God disposes. I can only issue the subpoena."

The hearing before magistrate Engku Ahmad Rashdi Engku Abdillah continues on Monday.
