Dolsot Bibimbap Korean Food...

amacam menyelerakan tak hehe...1st time nie saya mkn mknan korea selalu tgk mcm mengiurkan serta menyihatkan jer...so jumaat ari tu pi mkn kat fud court midvalley...tgh fikir2 nak mkn apa sekali ternmpk ada jual mknan korea lah plak...pucuk dicita ulam mendatang terus beli...dol sot bibimbap...saya amik chicken bibimbap sbb klu beli yg daging sure dia pki daging kisar...at least klu ayam dia guna ayam betul rebus dan cincang...

klu tgk sumber protein dia telur ngan ayam jer...slebihnya sayur mayur...ada kangkung, cendawan, taugeh, carrot, timun dan sengkuang...bwh dia ada nasi and cara mkn kita gaul semua ngan telur2 tu sekali ngan gochujang (cili pepper paste)...gbr dah gaul lupa nak snap sbb tak sabar2 nak mkn...hehe mula2 nmpk mcm sket tp serius kenyang giler...saya mkn separuh jer sbb ketat dah perut...dan sedap...wpun tak berapa pure sgt tp tetap sedap...lagilah mkn ngan kimchi bertambah2 lah sedap....

patutlah org korea muka cantik2, licin2 badan ponx kurus2 jer...mknan dia mmg menyihatkan betul...sbb byk mkn sayur dan kurang mknan2 berminyak...makanan dia semua rendah kalori tau...bagus2...

hari tu masa tgk kat channel 706 astro tu dia ada tunjuk psl mknan korea nie...so dia ada tunjuk yg dolsot bibimbap nie dekat 10 jenis sayur mayur dia letak dlm maangkuk tu...huhu

Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed meal" or "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. It can be served either cold or hot.

Vegetables commonly used in bibimbap include julienne cucumber, zucchini, mu (daikon), mushrooms, doraji (bellflower root), and gim, as well as spinach, soybean sprouts, and gosari (bracken fern stems). Dubu (tofu), either plain or sautéed, or a leaf of lettuce may be added, or chicken or seafood may be substituted for beef. For visual appeal, the vegetables are often placed so that adjacent colors complement each other.

Saya tak pernah cuba korean food. Nampak gaya macam makan nasik kerabu ye kena gaul semua sayurannya. Boleh cuba lah nanti.
